Any idea what is the best way to match internet traffic on PE router comming from CE. Matching only http would be good enough here ???. Option I can think of

    1. Use NBAR and match protocol http – Again not sure if HTTP would be engough here
    2. ACL to match web traffic – Not sure if HTTP would be engough here or do I need to include 80, 443, ftp etc etc
    3. Deny site specific route and permit rest – rest will be all other traffic not only internet so not sure if that is right also.

    Any other though here ????

#3 as internet traffic can be anything. You need to deny any local subnets/routes then permit any. If they specifically say permit HTTP traffic then #1 or #2.

You can use the #match not [acl] in the class-map

        Assuming you don’t have a ba-jillion subnets.

I think the 3 options are nice , but if you want to use
in the production network you can use DPI ( deep packet inspection ) , which
can control any traffic that passed you network .
